Our management team comprises professional individuals with proven expertise in their chosen field, who are both loyal and successful.

Christopher Dean - Managing Director

Chris is Managing Director and Estimator/Contract Administrator of FCN Constructions. He is responsible for all building estimates, contractor sourcing and oversees the successful completion of all our building projects.

He has spent his formative years in building and construction. He has an electrical trade background, and has spent a number of years in the field of surveying. He is a qualified builder.

Vesna M. Stivic – General Manager

Vesna is the General Manager for FCN Constructions. She has a degree in Land Economics and has worked in the building industry for some 20 years.

Her experience ranges from residential property development to real estate sales and management.

She is today responsible for the successful feasibility analysis of all company projects and in addition controls the administration and financing of all projects.

Jeffrey R. Forsyth – Project Director

Jeffrey possesses qualifications in Cartography, Engineering Survey Drafting, Civil and Mining Engineering, and Building is a licensed builder and has a Masters degree in Business Administration, he is an accredited Heat Energy Rating consultant.

Jeffrey has some 30 years experience in both residential and industrial constructions with both large and small organisations where his single unit responsibility has amounted to some $125 million per annum at any one time.

In addition he has had some fifteen years experience as a part time teacher of building at both Gymea and St. George Colleges of TAFE and 6 years lecturing in construction management at the University of Technology, Sydney.

He is also involved as a member of various Local Government Committees as a representative of the Development Industry on an ongoing basis.

Maree Lennon

Maree is Secretary/Office Assistant, she fulfils all secretarial and office assistant functions for the company. She is the front line to clients, subcontractors and associates. Her invaluable assistance allows other staff to focus on their own areas of expertise.

Additional Staff

In addition to our direct management team we have adequate numbers of site management personnel, directly employed trade labour (including apprectices) and office staff to competently complete any form of residential development or construction.
