FCN Constructions Pty. Ltd. is a construction contracting company located in Miranda, NSW. Our primary business is the undertaking of building and construction work, including commercial construction and renovation, alterations and additions and residential construction.

The management of FCN Constructions has been developing residential and commercial accommodation for some 20 years. During this time, we have successfully completed over 700 units of construction, with a contract range from $100,000 to over $4,000,000.

In addition to our development works, we have become involved in school renovations and have successfully completed;

• Toilet block upgrades
• Design and construction of school kiosk and canteens
• Classroom refurbishment, conversions and upgrades
• Construction of disabled bathrooms
• Disabled ramp access

FCN Constructions also undertakes insurance rectification works and has successfully completed contracts varying in size from $15,000 to $890,000. These contracts require defect repair work to existing buildings. This may include re-waterproofing balconies, repairs to internal and external cracks, repainting of rooms and buildings and in some cases major structural repairs.
